Museum of history of GASU

The museum was created in 2006 to preserve historical memory and the best traditions of the university and the education system in the region as a whole.

Materials are presented in the museum expositions on the following themes:

• The contribution of the Altai spiritual mission to the formation of education in Gornyi Altai;

• Higher education history in Gornyi Altai;

• History of Gorno-Altaisk State University.

In the museum one can also get to know the history of the development of international contacts of the university and admire the memorable souvenirs, presented by foreign university-partners.
